Supercab Upper Latch Fix/Access

Supercab Upper Latch Fix/Access
2000 Ford F150 SuperCab
Went to fix the latches as the third door does not open. Went to pull the cable to engage the latch but the cable to the upper latch fell off completely.
How do I access the latch to put the cable back in place?
I see a screw that holds the latch but if I remove it, seems that the latch will fall from its location and I don't see a way of getting back up into the upper part of the door.
I have tried a clothes hanger up to the latch and am litterally fishing to hook on something to pull.
Any Help Please......

Sorry not much help..perhaps you can get more help/info to your situation by chatting with a local body shop...I'm pretty sure somebody there can shed more light on your situation...maybe a handy-dandy tool too....or at least a few tricks of the trade.

I didn't have time to swing by any shop but did try to remove the one screw and if anything access it with an extendable magnet as advised, but it didn't budge...
Searched internet again and looks like there are two more screws to remove from the top.
Looks like I can probably wedge it open from the inside but I don't know which way to go (pull or push).
Anyone have an actual picture of their door latch when the door is open?
Would like to see how this thing is situated and then figure out which way to pry when it is closed.....
