Do I really have to remove the whole blower intake just to replace a worn out PCV vacuum hose?? Seems totally insane. Everyone says i do, 'cause I cant the the secondary part of the hose back into the rear of the intake. any help would be appreciated.
Nobody out there has any suggestions or advice on this?? This seems like just a minor maintenance issue, I really don't want to have to take off the intake to put this hose back on!! Nobody here at FTE has had to replace this PCV hose before??
It is on the back of the intake down low...You maybe able to get by with just pulling the s/c...I had to take my intake off and noticed mine was bad so I went ahead and replaced it while it was torn down.
