99-04 rear seat cup holders

Not that I've ever seen. There is a removable cup holder that clips onto the two pins on the front of the seat. It holds two cups but the right hole is quite shallow so it really isn't good for much....so it really only holds one cup IMO.

It looks to be a different seat back on those two pics in the thread above. The first one looks almost square when folded up (like my '02 XLT); the second one is not shown folded up, but it looks much more rectangular.
I don't think the one with cupholders would fold up into the opening of the one without.

I sure would like to put an armrest like this one in my XLT. Of course mine is an '02 in cloth, likely it would be hard to find one in cloth. I am guessing I could maybe rip one out of a wreck and move the cupholders into mine with a little work. I have seen guys put DVD players in the back of headrests.
I have the same problem as the OP - kids with cups from McDonalds, etc. I would really like to have rear seat cupholders, and the information about the one that clips onto the front of the seat being a bit inadequate is good. I was going to go to the dealer and get one, but if it is really only a cupholder and a half...
I remember back in '99 -'01 when the dealers still sent trucks to conversion houses to get leather. Then the automakers got smart and realized they could get that extra $5K!
