Woo Hoo Oregon is on the map! A BIG thanks to my buddy DON (Fabmandelux) for submitting my build, the time I had with my son while building his (my) dream truck I just cant put into words what it meant to me, he has now joined the Marines and leaves sometime in January for basic, I'm so proud of him......

Congrats Larson! You and your son deserve all the praise for a job well done! I hope the Uni that my son Harley and I are building together turns out half as good.....There is nothing in the world as satisfying as having your son like doing the same things as you.

Please thank your son for his upcoming service to our country ( even if he's going to be a "jarhead...") Just kidding!

Congrats again my friend!

While aboard the USS Constitution this past week I found out how that term evolved.

Typical sailiors of the early 1800's were typically small-statured, as the overheads in the lower decks were not very high.

The marines aboard as warriors were typically taller, and would frequently "jar" their heads on the overhead beams as a result.

Now, ask me about the scuttlebutt, or the brass monkey......
