2006 Ford Ranger Low Miles

Year: 2006
Make: Ford
Model: Ranger
Price: $13000
Mileage: 75000
Color: white
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): KY
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD
Color: White
Engine: 4.0 v6

2006 Oxford White Extended Cab
4.0 5 spd 4x4
4.10 gears, limited slip.
Hard vinyl floor, manual doors, manual windows.
Sliding rear glass, tilt steering wheel, single disc cd player.
Still have original window sticker from when new off the truck.
Clean title, never been in a wreck.

Also have new pads, wires, belt, and few other maintenance items that I havent got around to installing as well as stock grill, hitch, etc.

Alon's mag light mounts, billet grill, front bumper painted to match as the FX4 style (the paint is factory coded to match due to the fact that the truck is a 2006 the regular paint is faded slightly but if it was washed/polished/and clay barred it would be identical but I just had the bumper painted so haven't had time to do it yet but as you can tell from the pics it is already almost a perfect match), 3 inch body, rear shackles, 15x8 MT Classic Locks 7000 miles, 33x12.5 Duratracs with about 7,000 miles on them, rancho 9000 9 way fully adjustable shocks with only 2,000 miles on them, etc etc.

Honestly nothings wrong with the truck, it does everything fine I just am wanting a bigger truck. The truck is not perfect but its in good condition. Everything runs and works fine just some normal dents and scratches on the truck. I bought the truck to use and do everything I need it to do, not to nitpick and worry about every little scratch. Now I dont take the truck offroad or purposly beat on it because it is my DD, but it does have signs of normal wear. Im not trying to pawn it off and not tell you about an issue with it, you can honestly ask me about anything on it and ill be honest. Ive had to replace 4x4 hub assemblies, u joints, and have had to replace a pinion seal which are all pretty normal things. The hub assemblies actually weren't bad yet, my mechanic I was using for the pinion seal said he checked em and thought they'd be going bad soon. In hind sight I think he was just playing me but at the time was over a year ago and before I really knew anything about the truck but owell, no use in crying over it now and atleast I know they are good now.

Again the paint is not perfect, there is some scratches and dings but not anything out of the ordinary, and functionally the truck is as good as I know it can be.

The day I got it

Any questons feel free to ask.

KBB gives it at 14,000 in good condition, im asking 13,000. Like I said, not trying to screw anyone over just wanting a bigger truck and if anyone has any questions feel free to ask or you can call me at 502 428 1542. If I dont answer you can leave a voicemail or text.

Thanks

Fair Price?

Z,

Did a quick look at Carmax and found these -

2004 Ford Ranger XLT in White Marsh, MD- 7620769 at carmax.com

2006 Ford Ranger XLT in Fredericksburg, VA- 7764468 at carmax.com

2007 Ford Ranger XLT in Virginia Beach, VA- 7638404 at carmax.com

Given that you have the OEM parts still and have added some upgrades, you seem to be offering the truck at a fair price and at your reduced price, it should move. Of course we don't have the option to look it over closely, but if in your judgement and perhaps a few others you trust, do some comparison (physical and mechanical) with similar trucks around your town. Get comfortable with the prices you see, figure your range, and hold your line the best you can. Good Luck!!

thanks, yeah I tried my best to make it at a fair price. Not trying to pawn it off I just really need it gone. Gotta baby on the way and need to move on to something with more room and seating. Its gotta the normal scratches and dents that most would have for being 5 years old but nothing major, never been in a wreck or nothing. Hell I even still have the original sticker pricing and paperwork that was on the window of the truck when new in 2006. Everything works exactly as it should, and its been a good truck just time to move on to something new, ya know how that goes with little ones coming. I can take as low as 12 grand for it so I feel like thats more than fair. Ive had alot of calls on it but get the typical most just aren't looking to spend that much, wanting something cheaper you know. But you dont get low mile nice vehicles for 5 grand lol, its priced where it should be so just hope it sells soon. Needing to figure out the new vehicle situation as soon as I can. Be one less thing to havta worry about.

Alright I really dont want to do this but I cant keep sitting on the truck especially with driving it everyday its just adding more and more miles everyday that passes. I didnt want to go below 12 so I could break even but I really just need it gone, baby is more important than having a toy to mess around with and the baby only gets closer and closer to coming. Plus with finishing my senior year of college, and 2 jobs, this has to be put on the back burner for now.

New price is 11,500, it hurts me to it because ill lose money on it which is dumb but the new priorities take over the toys.
