Gen1 Lightning question...

What was the huge difference between the Gen1 lightning suspension and the standard f150 suspension of that same year. Mostly concentrating on a 1995 2wd xlt fully stock

The biggest difference was a lowered ride height with different spring rates both front & rear, as well as larger diameter sway bars.

Do you have the specs? I am trying to tighten everything up in my suspension and give it a little better handling and traction etc once i start adding the more power to it.

I've got some 94 Lightning front springs for sale. They would lower your truck and stiffen the front up a lot.

NOS = New Old Stock. Since the FoMoCo doesnt make these parts anymore the only "new" ones are NOS. And they are few and far between.
