Finally went over a thousand gallons...

Took 34 batches and a few years to get there.

That may take awhile, and a much bigger processor...

Funny you should say that. I'm thinking about building a larger processor (same as the Fabman Deluxe). I have noticed it takes just as long to produce 100 or 200 gallons as 40. (duh).
Wouldn't mind having one like Don's but then I would need a semi tractor to move it. One thing about Don. Bigger is better.
I haven't seen any new posts from him about any new accomplishments in the bio business. I think it's time for an update.

Brewing's going to slow down, unfortunately both places we were gettting oil from went out of business within a month of each other. Not good when this happens during the tourist season here, say's alot about the ecomomy...
