Two-Tone 2011 Super Duty Question. Need Confirmation

Alright, I can't shake this. My truck is silver, loaded to the max. Love the truck, but can't shake the two things I wanted to just complete the package. First thing is the 20" rims. I got a few things in the works for that.

Second thing is two-toned. I want a silver truck, with the two-toned gray bottom. I loved the look from the second I saw it. At the time, Ford was doing a buy-back on my 2008 w/ 6.4, so I had no time to wait. Got everything I wanted, with the exception of these two items. Needed to make a quick decision, and went with the truck I have now.

I was just looking at a picture of one, and it appears (maybe) that the gray coloring over the wheel wells is a separate piece, not paint?? If this is true, the job becomes alot easier for the painter.

Could anyone confirm this for me? Thanks in advance!

I ordered my two-tone blue over sterling grey and it comes with the grey molding on the front and rear quarter panels, looks awesome.

Yup, looks awesome for sure.

Got a quote from a very reputable body shop here in CT. I actually know the manager. He was very honest with me in saying he'd rather not do it. I insisted on getting a quote anyways, and was given a quote for $4300.

The flares are actually $188 each, plus the pin striping. It was like $1000 in parts, and another $1000 for the paint related stuff. Then labor.

He explained the exact procedure to do it, and it was no easy task.

Oh well. I don't need it that bad. I was thinking maybe just the flares, and no bottom. Thats how my 08 was.....
