moveing a 53 ford tuck

Hey ..I found a truck for parts for my 54 in Saskatchewan,,now I'm trying to find a way to get it home ..not a lot of luck trying to find a hauler wondering if anyone here would have a idea how to get it out ..I have a car trailer but the idea of running from here to saskatoon and back on the weekend ..is kinda hard to justify...

found a hauler ..that will do it for 800 bucks..a heck of a lot less then I thought it would be...

the hauler ..has a brand new Chevy ...and broke it by the time he got to saskatoon..he borrowed a truck to get it to drumheller .left it at my buddy's well at least it is getting closer ..anyone got any ideas ...

got her home to the island ,and started tearing it down to fix my 54 ..any flathead ford V8 hot rod parts out there ??

yah pricey 700 for a set of heads with no valves .or springs ..same price as small block chev set with every thing.. ..just ain't right..hopeing to find used ..and E-bay is more then retail..what happened to all the old hot rod stuff ??
