just wondering if 89 f250 doors will be a direct bolt on to my 86 f250

 

They bolt on, but there is some slight difference in the way the windows look, I keep forgetting what it is though.

 

The window track between the vent and main window is wider starting in 87 and the holes for the trim panels are in different loctions. The 89 also has the vent louvers in the back edge and a grille below the main trim panel. If you have the lower trim pockets, the later ones have a grille in them tha matches the one in the door.

The guts from one door is completely swappable for the other though.

If you want 1980-1986 door panels and windows as example, it's simple to add them.
