machine shop recommendations?

hey guys, me and my brother in law have been trying to find a machine shop for the engine we are building for my capri, biggest problem we are finding is that no one uses torque plates while boring the cylinders. any suggestions would be great!

Give a shout to Rob McQuire he runs a shop he calls Blue Oval Performance Engineering at approximately Santa Fe Dr. & Hampden Ave.

(303) 762-8298

He may not answer the phone on Mondays.

Whether he does what you want or not I don't know but he knows what he's doing; search the archives here for him, you'll find him....

These guys are great. Never had a problem with them and they all know what they are doing. What I think is funny is how clean their shop is considering all the work they do...is the sign of a good shop.
