"Washington the Evergreen State" flaps
I have a set of mud flaps off of my 73 Camper Special. Message or reply if interested. Pics available, flaps read "Washington the evergreen state"

Those look like the type that attach to the rear bumper. Correct?

Right. The rear bumper, nothing for the front however.
