My truck recently got stuck in 4 low. It went right in without any issues. It will not disengage. I removed the servo motor that shifts the transfer case and was able to put wrench on shaft and get it out of 4 low.

Does anyone have or know where I can get a wiring diagram for the 4WD system so I can try and track down the issue? Checked manual and all fuses and everything seems ok. There are 2 relays mentioned in manual, but my distribution box doesn't have them. I would like to also bench test the servo motor, but not sure which pin connectors are what without diagram. Can anyone please help?
