Anyone in the DC area with a VCM?

Need an instrument cluster programmed at a reasonable cost.

What's a VCM? As I had to ask, I guess you know I don't have one....but it's nice to be able to learn all the acronyms!

It's the tool Ford dealers use to work on the electronic systems.
