I have a 99 f250 powerstroke. I have tested for a parasitic load and have come up with 99 mA. When i pull fuse 15 of the instrument panel fuse block the load goes down to 10 mA. The only problem is that there is a lot of things that fuse feeds like the stop lamp switch, GEM, PCM, ABS module, brake shift interlock and PCM keep alive memory. I am having a hard time figuring out where to start and how to trck down the cause of my problem. i dont have a service manual so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
