Electric brake plug wire route What route Blue wire take. Not found in rear.
What is the route of the blue wire from the electric brake controller plug to the rear of a 1997 Super Duty (F450)? I found the plug under the dash.
The red wire works from the brake, the black has 12V, the white is ground, the blue wire is hot when the controler is activated.
This at the plug.
I cannot find the blue wire at the rear of the truck. It is not with the tail, turn wires at the rear. I need to find out the routing path to locate it.
I think is has been cut short somewhere. I can follow it from the plug to near the steering column but then it goes into another harness and I cannot follow it.
I am new to the site so bear with me if I do not post or reply correctly.
