Burning Oil

I have a Ford F150 with a 4.2 Liter. The engine was rebuilt about 2 yrs. ago, about 2 weeks ago it started burning oil badly, I checked the compression and found that #5 cyc. had no compression and all the rest had around 184 to 185 psi compression, I removed the head on that side and found a hole in one of the valves, instead of messing with the head I replaced with a rebuilt. However It is still burning Oil really bad, I checked compression, all cyc. are reading around 184 to 185 unlike before. Compression is good, and it is the same cyc. that is burning the oil. Could it be coming from the lower intake, could it be sucking it threw their. I just can't see it to be bad rings or head gasket problem with compression that good.

I sure hope someone knows what is causing this.

Thanks for any help
