Need help finding factory replacement seat cover for 2005 F250.

I have a 2005 F250 supercrew with light grey interior. The drivers seat is ripped from me slidding out of the truck. I called the Ford Garage to order a replacement bottome seat pad - the cost is almost 400.00...

That's crazy - I have searched and searched but cannot find anywhere where I can buy a replacement bottome seat pad cheaper.

Let me know if you have info

You won't be able to buy one cheaper and have it match the rest of the seats. You could have custom upholstery done to all the seats, but otherwise it will have to be the OEM part. If you slide on your seats frequently (STOP DOING IT!!), maybe after you spend the money to replace the OEM seat cover, you could buy an aftermarket to go on top to prevent it from happening again.

On a side note, I once saw a trash compactor service crew (they had to crawl in and out of nasty dumpsters), that had a then-new Ford SD truck with thick, clear plastic seat covers to prevent the major staining and stink that would sink into the seats. I would like to get a set of those but I can't find any like that anywhere.

Try www.partsguyed.com
I purchased a factory replacement last year from him. Still wasn't real cheap...I think it was around $140 or $180 including shipping. It fit and matched the original fabric perfectly though...

EDIT: My pad/cushion was still good so I didn't need to replace that part. All I replaced was the cover since mine was torn from years of entering and exiting.
