1992 to 1995 f250 wiring harness swap

So my 1995 F250 had a minor fire roughly a year ago that caused some of my wiring harness to be destroyed. After searching for a replacement one with no results I decided to take the harness out of my 1992 project 250 to replace it and just replace the 92's when I finally found one. Both trucks are 250s, xlt, 4x4, automatic, and 351s. I have both harness out of the trucks and I laid them side by side to make sure they are both the same except for one part. I need to know if I can still make this swap work and how. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The part with the circle around it is the Speed Control Servo/Amplifier Assembly.
In 1992 they used a vacuum Speed Control and 1993 on they used Electric.

So I'm wondering if I need to hook that up? Can I just leave the cruise unhooked and never use cruise?
