I have a brand new 2011 F350 Super Duty. Its a company vehicle that I use to drive long haul mileage. My boss who doesnt listen decided to get me a basic model. No power options at all (what a waste). Although I am grateful for a new truck I need it to be functional for 20-50 hour trips (only stopping for fuel). I want to know if sync can be added still or is it better to get an aftermarket stereo installed? If so what would the rough costs be?
