Schematic, you are looking for wire #6 & plug/Relay #56:

thanks for the response. Something isn't jiving here though. The wire i'm working on could be y/lb, looks y/gy to me. The relay terminal is 58, 56 is yellow/ light green to the horns. 6 is 12v to fuse. In your bottom pic, it shows a "t" in the y/lb , so that 57 and 58 both have 12v off the same fuse, but on mine 5 goes to 57 and 58 comes from the loom, and i dont know where it goes. It does not have 12v to power the relay coil, but 58 does, since it comes off the horn fuse. Thats why my horn doesn't work, but i dont know where 57's y/lb goes. It all looks stock and unaltered, and i know i could just splice into 5's wire to power the coil, but i'd like to find out how its supposed to be.

Not sure what you are calling 5 but may be the diagrams below will clear it up.
The point numbers in the diagram are your terminal numbers.
The bottom image above was for a 1993 and the one below is for a 1995.
The detail schematic above is for your 1995.

The Yellow wire with a blue stripe you speak of runs about 1 foot into the harness and is spliced with three black wires with an orange stripe. The splice is the black dot in the detail schematic above in the lines below the box.
One of the black wires with an orange stripe runs back to point 5 at the fuse to give the Yellow wire with a blue stripe power and at the same point the other Yellow wire with a blue stripe also gets its power there.

thank you very much, that should help clear things up. I'll take a look at that splice tonight.

Thanks again! Found it, was a bad spot in the y/lb after the splice on its way back to the distribution box. I don't know how that happens, everything was factory sealed well and there wasn't any damage to any other wires. Horn works now, hoping the cruise works when i get everything back together. On a side note, what are the 2 relays in the box next to the distribution box?

edit:I think i figured it out, after seeing some trailer wiring diagrams you posted today. i bet it's my trailer batt. charge and b/u light relays.

Eric,
Glad to hear it. What was the problem.

Also I'm just down the road from you in Fuquay. It's a small world.
