10 DTC's; what do the codes mean?

Hi. This is a follow up to this thread;

2006 F250 6.0 Crew 4x4 110000miles

Truck was running fine. Suddenly wrench light comes on. Then the check engine light. Truck will only idle at about 750rpm. Shuts off on its own after a few minutes. I scanned it and got 10 codes. Can someone please make sense of them and tell me what is actually wrong. ETC, IPR, VGT, VREF?????

Here are the codes. Can someone decode this for me please? Thanks.

P0107 MAP/BP Sensor Circuit Low Input
P0405 EGR A circuit low
P0472 Exhaust Pressure Sensor Low
P2104 TAC System - Forced Idle
P2122 Throttle/Pdl Position Sensor Switch 'D' Circuit Low
P2127 Throttle/Pdl Position Sensor Switch 'E' Circuit Low
P2132 TP/APP Sensor/Switch F Circuit Low
P2138 Throttle/Pdl Position Sensor/Switch 'D/E' Corelation
P2139 TP/APP Sensor/Switch D/F Voltage Correlation
P2285 ICP Sensor Circuit Low

Are you sure battery voltage is good?

I'm pretty sure it is. I replaced both batteries a few months ago. There were no indications of low voltage.

MAP, EGR, EBP, APP and ICP sensors all giving codes. Each one of those sensors rely on VREF (conditioned, regulated +5V from the PCM).

I'd bet that you have a shorted VREF wire somewhere. How to test that and find it, I haven't a clue. One of the smart techs will have to help you with that.

Inspect each sensor's connector.

Google up "6.0L bible". It willl show you where the sensors are.

Once I find the sensors what exactly should I do from there?
If I don't see anything obvious and I clean them off, what next?

How do I test the sensors to see if they are working?

I need to get this thing back up and running but I'm kinda lost as where to go from here.

Six of the ten are throttle related,I would check the wiring on the throttle position sensor first thing.

I can't find an obvious wiring problem.

When checking the fuses though, the entire right side of the cab fuse box wasn't getting power. I was checking the fuses with a test light instead of pulling each one, and the whole left side lit up, but the right side fuses had no power to them. I'm pretty sure that most of them used to light up when I checked them.

The fuses under the hood wouldn't light up either.

EDIT: Actually I remembered they should work with key on, and they do, except for four on the far right middle.

Bismic, that 6.0 Bible has a ton of great info. I couldn't find where the actual sensors were in it though.

In the 6.0 Bible, it says I should check a FICM Logic Fuse / Logic power fuse. I can't find it. The picture shows it to be in a small separate fuse box with a few other relays.

Is this for a different year truck?

Also, in the DTC code analysis, it says the problem for most of my codes could be a short somewhere, as David Chamberlain said earlier.
It says there is a 'Pinpoint S for 12 way conn. diagnostics'. It says there is a main 12 way wiring harness/connection that delivers power and ground to all of the sensors. The pinpoint test will help find the cause I assume.

For the; P0107- pinpoint test H
P0405 pinpoint W
P0472 pinpoint X
P2285 pinpoint Q
the rest pinpoint AG

I don't know how to do these. I have access to a high quality scanner, a Snapon Mobis Elite, can it do these pinpoint tests?

It looks like I may have to go to a dealership.

Hmmmm. If I were the servicing tech that this problem child had landed on my doorstep, I would likely 'attack' the six DTCs highlighted in bold red first, before addressing the other four you've listed. Just glancing through the Ford PC/ED for DTC P2104 it lists APP Sensor, Signal circuit shorted as possible causes, and for DTCs P2122, P2127 and P2132 it lists APP Sensor, connections, open in signal circuit, signal circuit shorted to ground, and lastly for DTCs P2138 and P2139 it lists difference in sensor readings. All of the six DTCs direct you to pinpoint test 'AG' in the PC/ED. If you are equipped with a scan tool that can monitor live data, access APP #1, APP #2 and APP #3 (both % and volts). Do a full sweep of the accelerator pedal. Do all readings increase and decrease in the same proportion, consistent with movement of the pedal? If not, check the wiring to the accelerator pedal itself to check for obvious issues and repair as needed.

Then it's time to attack P0107, P0405, P0472 and P2285. But that's for another thread.

VRef should be 5v.

Did you locate the TPS D,E,F sensors? If so, did you inspect the connector and wires?

V-Ref should indicate 5.0 volts if I'm not mistaken. Somehow or other there is a V-Ref short somewhere, causing a low V-Ref voltage. Your APP readings are way off as well, according to the PC/ED reference values listed. APP #1 should read between 0.7 to 4.2 volts, APP #2 should read between 1.4 to 4.1 volts and APP #3 should read between 0.8 to 3.5 volts.

What does the wiring to the accelerator pedal look like? Is it all chewed up or completely intact?
