If memory serves me correctly the SD and the raptor share the same rear end,and in the raptor with correct procedure,you can lock the rear in comp mode so that it stays locked at any speed (does not dissengage above 25 mph) Any way this can be done in the SD??Maybe a raptor computer board or rotary switch??Or a auxillary switch to power it locked??I don't want it dissengaging or worse rengageing while spinning off road. thanks

The Raptor and SD have different rear ends. The Raptor has the 9.5 axle and the SD has the 10.5 Sterling. With the Raptor in Off-Road mode, the axle stays locked at any speed. The easiest way to get that on the SD would be an auxiliary switch to keep it powered when you want it locked.
