2003 Expedition Rear Axle Seal Leak...Normal???

2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. Only 21,500 miles. Both rear axle seals replaced 3 times already by Ford dealer. Truck stored in cold garage when not driven (temps down -50 sometimes). Looks like they are leaking again. Do you think is normal? Is there a better seal available out there?

Harleys are the only domestic vehicles where an oil leak is normal.

That is the most logical explaination, check the vent hose for kinks or other stoppages.
