Brake Problem 1997 Expedition
Ok Here we go so I hear a grinding noise in the Brakes so I change the front and back pads out. Then I do the normal road test with no problems. I give the rig back to the wife and tell her to pay attention to the brakes. So she uses the rig for errands and say's one of the brakes is getting hot and the pedal seems to not come all the way back up. Well I go get a new right rear caliper and drum just to be safe and swap them out seeing as that was the one that was getting hot. All of the other brakes are fine. So after the install and proper bleeding of the brakes I road test the rig. Damn it if the same one gets hot again and the pedal still is not returning to the full up postion. So I go get a new master cylinder and put that on. Proper install and bleed and the damn thing still does it. Is there some other part to this brake system that is killing me ???? Another part that needs replaced ??? And the thing is it's only the rear passenger caliper that is affected. and I replaced that already fearing that it was sticking. HELP ME !!!!!

Cool. You know, maybe a crimped line ain't allowing the caliper to release hence the dragging brake but I did have stuck caliper pins in my SD so let us know what you find, good luck, hope its simple.
