Exclamation Suggestions for the 5.0L Tech Folder

As I mentioned in another thread here, Tim and I are looking to assemble a tech folder with input from all of you.

We're looking at things like mods, service tips, power and torque charts, axle codes, SYNC tips, etc.

Please drop in and post your ideas and suggestions.

This is a good read on the development and details of the 5.0 with lots of cool pictures:

2011 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Coyote Engine - 5.0 Mustang & Fast Fords

The only thing is that it's geared towards to the 5.0 in the Mustangs...

Hot Rod just did a two part series on transplanting these engines. The PATS system is a headache, but there are ways around it. (aftermarket controller) Stuff like the intake length and O2 sensor locations are critical.

Ford Coyote Engine Swap Guide - Hot Rod Magazine

Actual swaps, including an early T bird:

Ford Coyote Engine Swap Guide - Part 2 - Hot Rod Magazine

The unbelievable thing about this engine is that Ford did NOT change the bell pattern--it is the same as the modular engines. This is darn near a first!!!!
