Airbag Code 18?

Airbag Code 18?
I have a 2008 F-250 super cab that was a fleet vehicle prior to my purchase. It’s flashing an airbag code 18. Knowing that this truck had extra electrical equipment controlled by the up fitter switches and a security cage in the back that was removed prior to my purchase, I’m suspicious that they messed something up during the de-installation.
