not entirely sure yet, probably 1/8" or somewhere around there, that'd be strong enough for a bumper right?

Ive bought a few harbor freight cheapo grinders and cutting wheels they usually last about a year when being used only from time to time. They are like 10-20 bucks and the wheels are like 5-8 if i remember right. They worked fine for my 3/8th inch and slightly thicker motorcycle frames so it'd easily serve your bumper needs probably.
