I got a digital copy and printed the WHOLE thing ... at work. That printer never worked quite right again.

Do you recall where you got it and the title?

I just found it via google. You have to have strong google-fu skills but it's out there for free.

Try out the link below for a complete listing of available manuals. As mentioned above you can often find used versions of the more expensive manuals on E-bay for much less than the listed prices.

Search for member ultratoolz on ebay. I got a factory 2004 DVD service manual for about $20 that includes every model of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury for that model year.

I subscribe to ALLDATAdiy online for all my vehicles. Online access is 24.95 for the first vehicle and 16.95 for additional. Renewal is 16.95 a year. For that I can see the manual and all the SB's also. Been using it for several years, like the idea of seeing up to date stuff incase any new SB's come out.

I use the ALLDATA also. Sometimes it can be difficult to search out a particular topic, but it is the factory service manual in subscription form. Once you start getting familiar with it, you can usually find exactly what you want. It also includes all of the latest TSB's.

I like the fact that I don't have to turn the clock back on my PC in order to use it.

The Ford Workshop Manual dvd is what I use. As was mentioned above, you have to set the computer date back for them to work, but other than that it is really nice. Just be sure you don't have any date/time dependent programs running when you set the clock back (Such as Microsoft Outlook or auction sniping softwares).

You can print out the R&R procedure you need, get the pages all greasy and grimey while doing the work, and toss the procedure in the trash when you are done. No worry about getting the pages dirty.

Here is one on ebay right now, for your particular truck...

Ford 2005-2006 Service Manual / Work Shop DVD - eBay (item 300514845279 end time Jan-23-11 08:35:06 PST)
