need help with cab swop

I rented a Gradall. $150 for four hours, some of the best money I spent on the project. Lifted, and dropped it on 2x8s on it's new frame, then used ratchet straps to work it into position, and jacks to support it while I set it up on the new mounts.
I don't think a standard cab pickup frame will easily accept a crew cab cab, I dropped my cab onto a flat E350 motorhome frame so had it a bit easy. I did have to fab up all the mounts though.
