1985 F150 Not getting Fuel to Fuel Pump

1985 F150 Not getting Fuel to Fuel Pump
I have a 1985 F150 that was running great. Now it will not start. I have done the following:
-New Fuel Filter
-New Mechanical Fuel Pump
It has a 2 barrel carb and two gas tanks.
I have NO fuel at the primary of the fuel pump. I tested with air pressure that should have forced fuel out of the fuel line and nothing.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Are you saying you pressurized the tank with air and got no fuel? I would think you would but if not make sure its not blowing air out of the fuel line, its possible the pickup tube has a hole or is broken inside the tank. Can you feel suction on the fuel pump inlet while cranking? I've seen the fuel pump eccentric bolt come loose.
