I and many others have no interest in a bigger Ranger, it defeats the whole point. And the F150 does not replace the Ranger, even with the new engine lineup, the highway fuel mileage of the new V6 isn't as good as the average mixed mileage of the 2.3L.

I agree...If I wanted a full size truck I would've bought one by now
my 99 has 180k needs a trans but i figure ill get a rebuilt one an be good for another 150k an hopefully by then ford will figure it out an come out with a ranger of the same size, i would just like new engine, trans, an front suspension
