Highboy Front Winch Bumper

I'm going to make a winch bumper for the front of my 1976 ford f250. i need some ideas! post some pics of what ya got. and maybe some plans/dimensions?

just need a good place to start.

When these bumpers were everywhere, i don’t know if it was a kit or home built but, many people around here had the wings converted into a box. The lid was on a piano hinge and the box held their winch gear, chains, straps, remote, etc.

I have seen it before, cool storage for sure. Some done a little better than others.

I almost bought one for my truck but I’m hung up on finding a Warn bumper.

For now I’m still running the original front bumper along with a cactus smasher which I do like very much!
