Question rear wheel center caps

I have a 1997 F250 HD 4x4 and am looking for the center caps for the rear wheels that say ford on them but so far my search hasn't turned up any sources. The center caps are for the alloy wheels and are 8 inch diameter and 5 inches deep with 4 retaining clips. Everything I have seen so far is after market plastic and not the original caps. Any reliable suggestions?

Try this link. It's the only one I have found so far. I need 1 rear and definitely don't want the aftermarket. Already lost 2 aftermarket caps. Ford Truck Hubcaps, hub caps, new and used Ford Truck wheel covers, free shipping.

I have a real nice set for an F150 but need a new set of these. Mine got destroyed pretty bad by all the tire shops before I got it. Those F150 ones I got are for a 4x4 and I even have one of 2 spare decals for the center. That red circle that goes in it.

Take your hub caps off before taking it to a tire shop.

I just bought a replacement at Ford this summer for my 97 F350.

F5TZ-1130-J

They only wanted 50.12 each for the OEM center cap.

That's where I got my last one too, Ford. About the same price. That was a couple years ago, and it already fell apart. I give up on those things, took mine off and left them off.

Try these: FORD F250 CENTER CAPS HUBCAPS 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998 - eBay (item 390207380543 end time Dec-07-10 11:00:56 PST)

I have been using these on my trucks, Good quality, and there system to keep the caps on is way better than original. They friction fit over the lug nuts, and they do not come off easily, But they don't have the FORD logo on them.

Those are the same aftermarkets that I had on mine. I had one that fell off completely, and one where the screws on the inside loosened and the cap part fell off. My suggestion with these is that if you hear any kind of rattle, remove the cap and make sure the screws are tight. Mine only rattled for about a day and then the rattle stopped, cap was gone. They did look good while I had them though.

I took mine off, they were rusting and holding dirt.

=(

They are gone to scrap yard. After market junk. The guy at the tire shop spent 15 mins beating them both out.

I sure hope the stock ones are nicer, I don't recall ever seeing center caps on 10.25 axles.
