can not create new album

FTE isn't using the Album system anymore. All of the old albums still exist because it is difficult and time consuming to move them all. Now we're using Garages.
Click on your name, not your UserCP. On the upper right you'll see Garage and under it "Go to .....'s Garage". Click on that and this is where you put your new photo's.
