Well it's not the edge evolution!
So back to square one. 6.0 70,000 2004. The water in the fuel light and the glow plug light is coming on and the truck goes to limp mode. Tried all fixes that anyone as said to try. We were thinking that it might be the edge evolution, so we unplugged it, for almost 2 week all was well, but today the truck did it again. So it's not the edge. I have replaced the fccm fuel sensor. Fuel filters. I would love some help. It is not the wire harness. Or the ficm. No codes come up. I am using a ford dealers scan tool.

The truck will start fine, but within a mile or two or just out of my drive way, it will go into a " limp mode". The water in the fuel light and the glow plug light comes on for like 3 seconds and then every thing goes beck to normal. I pull over and then it is fine. It has done it again a few seconds later, but only once or twice. It has done this for about 2 months now. It does not turn off but just goes to the limp mode. It will go some times a week or two with no problems. But then it will do it every morning or after I have been at work all day and start for home. I have drained the water in the fuel drain many times. Tried every other thing anyone has said might be the issue. So I hope that helps. Thanks.

Inttermittened problems SUCK
And this might be a PIA to figure out
Have you tried to start the truck and let it Idel and start wiggling the wire Harness around all over and try to make it act up with the problem also unplug things check for corrosion or dirty causing a bad connection
Just sounds electrical relaited

It recovers on it's own. The volts stay good. But I am using my brake controller to check volts. It has a real time read out on it. Thanks again!
