Thanks!
New to the crowd...Just purchased a 93 F250 4X4 with a few issues that I'm getting started on. I was originally looking for a early 70's truck, but this one came up and I grabbed it. Already some front brake overheating, or hub action going on. Oh well, here we go....
I'm in N.E. and if I need to take it to more of a professional than I, any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Well it's a gas 351 5.8 four wheel drive standard cab with a healthy 174k on it. It is in definite need of some tlc, but I have to get it mechanically reliable first and foremost... I'm certain I will be requesting tips and techniques, as well as a few parts along the way. Stock aluminum rims, and a bug guard are definitely in the list. But first I have to figure out the smoking front brake issue today. I picked up some new calipers, as I feel they are suspect...

Well, I hope it turns out to be a solid rig. I do think it has been parked for some time. I replaced both the front calipers and that seems to have done the job. I still need to bleed the complete system tomorrow, and then reconnect the driver's window onto the track....came off today....of course. I wanted to have a truck to tinker on, and it appears that I have that indeed.
