Best 3V Spark Plug

I have read and searched and found some answers, but now I can't find it by searching so here goes my first post. Did Motorcraft start welding there 2 piece plugs for the 3v to help the breaking problem? Which plug is the best replacement for the 3v 5.4 in a F250? (Brand and part # please)
I have replaced the plugs in my 2008 F250 at 92,000 miles and broke 1. Put high dollar Champion one piece in and now have intermitten miss more so when cold. I want to correct the miss with probably Motorcraft plugs, but want to know the latest design part number if there is such a thing. Any info will help.
Thanks,

The only engines u can run champions in are Chrysler's and lawnmowers. Throw those things away...
I could be wrong but im pretty sure the 08 3V has the new design spark plug. It shouldnt have broken.... Go with Motorcraft for sure. They should be the one piece design...

Thanks for the response, but they are the two piece design. I read somewhere that the new design started in like September engines built and mine was almost exactly 1 month to the day of whatever that date was. I have ran Champions in racing engines in the past as well as NGK with no problems, but now I am getting a miss by the scanner on 5 and 7. (Number 6 broke by the way.) Used the Lisle tool to remove and it worked great. By the way is there a trick to seaching because I found more info on this forum by searching on Yahoo than using the seach here. Seems like the forum seach pulls up a lot of things that are not in the seach criteria. Found info on the E3 and Mororcraft SP-507 through Yahoo on this and other Ford forums. Same search here brought up way to much BS. Thanks again for responding.

I have seen people replace plugs as maintenance not having a miss. Put in champions in a newer ford engine and have a miss. They just dont work well with Fords. I have an 06 5.4 3V and I ran 127k miles on factory plugs before i had a miss. Removed the plugs and didnt break any. There are some tricks to gettin these plugs out with out breaking them, but can be time consuming. But i have done my fair share of pullin out broken ones. And i have also removed a couple of heads because other ppl tried to pull them out and hit the porcelain too hard....
I havent done any experimenting with different plugs in a 3V, so i cant really say of a good aftermarket plug.

Thanks I will be pulling the Champions and putting in the Motorcraft soon. I have also noticed a drop in fuel mileage and its not like the 5.4 in a F250 get great mileage anyway. I sorta thought that maybe winter blend fuel might have hit the area, but I am going to change the plugs and see if that helps.
