The simple start is most of the pod manufactures will use 2 1/16" guages. I haven't seen any truck pods for 2 5/8" or bigger. For the gauges, the normal companies are Autometer, VDO, Stewart Warner, and ISSPRO.
Now if you're talking about replacing the cluster, it's another matter. I don't believe you can just remove the cluster and have everything work correctly. So you'd have to tuck it back in the dash some where. Then add the gauges to the opening.
Autometer, VDO and Stewart Warner should all carry Speedo in various styles. Speedo should be extremely difficult to find in even 2 5/8" and nearly impossible in 2 1/16". The smallest I recall from the autometer books was 3 3/8" and you had very few styles available.
