Forums not working

It looks like there are some forums that arent working. One instance is the Feedback and Suggestions.
I have a suggestion to give that will help with navigation. Can a jump button be added at the bottom of threads allowing a user to go back a forum with having to go to the top and navigate that way. Here's an example from another forum I'm on.
