Gold Coolant flush

Gold Coolant flush
2008 Expy EL, plus 2007 Mountaineer. Both use the Gold Coolant.. Both were bought used after about 20k of intial life. i think lifespan of Gold coolant is about 5 years right?
Thinking about flushing and refilling. I've only previously done this on my old 98 explorer, and it was an all day thing as i drain, refill with water, drain, refill until all the junk was out, and then finally fill with the old green stuff.
Thinking for these two guys, I flush, the just refill, as they are both relatively new, but want to insure that the 50/50 is with distilled. so I would skip the multiple water refilll/drain.
Thoughts?
Thanks.

I just grab my coolant tester. If the coolant freeze point is ok and the sample doesn't look all nasty and sooty, I leave it. If either the freeze point or coolant looks nasty, then I take care of it with a good flush and fill. Coolant testers are your friend and they cost very little cash.
