E4TZ9A427A .. Heat Riser Valve / Obsolete
Last MSRP: $131.87 // Last dealer net cost: $59.34.
Eight Ford Dealers have one each.
Since the part is obsolete, the dealers can no longer return it to Ford for credit, so are STUCK with it.
This means you may be able to bargain the price down, if you don't like what's quoted.
If interested, I'll list the sources (closest to MI = Franklin IN), but...
E4TZ9A427A was later replaced by E4TZ9A427AA / It's also obsolete
You may not want this part number because its last MSRP was: $244.38 - dealer net cost was: $109.00.
If interested, I'll list some of the sources, as over 60 are available.

I don't know what type of valve this is(vacuum, mechanical) but if it's stuck open and doesn't leak, you could leave it alone. It's purpose is to make the engine warm up quicker. So if it doesn't work, the engine may hesitate and be a little bit more "finicky" when cold.
