Hit and run!

Well Jackie was sitting at a stop light and next thing you know some guy hits her from behing and takes off. I was in my car two cars ahead of her and I even saw the truck drive off. By the time my she called me and I took off after him he was on the highway and long gone. Luckly the damage wasn't that bad and noone was hurt. She said she barely felt anything, thank you big truck! lol Now I am on the hunt for a damn Suburban!

Not good Andy, but at least no one was hurt. Probably some ********* with no insurance.

That's one thing that's great about our trucks, they'll take a beating and keep going. I'm trying to turn over a new leaf in my life...so I'm just going to say I hope that jerk realizes what he's done.

I'd say fire off a PM to Hiredgun...but I don't think he's into that line of work anymore.

Dang Andy that sucks, but I wonder if the traffic light had cameras?

Might want to call the PD and ask if you haven't already.

We are thinking it was either no insurance or drunk. I don't know if the light has a camera on it, I will ask my friend tomorrow. The cop that showed up didn't say anything about it. It was in Cabot and I doubt they are that fancy! lol

Hate to here it happened glad you and your's are okay. I will watch for a Suburban with damage to the right front ? what color? I am not that far off, lots of our dirtbags venture that far from home, and yes zhilton I am still in law enforcement CVPD
Cabot may not have traffic cams, but were there any banks? ATMs or large businesses? near the accident, they will have video that might get you a tag number..........just a thought

Thanks hiredgun, it was a goldish brown early 90's model. The only thing that was close was the McD's, noone got a good look at the plate cause it happened so fast. We beleive the first 3 are ABA, and my wife thinks it was one of those specialty plates.

I was being sarcastic...hired gun like a mercenary. Sometimes my humor comes across in the threads as a little dry.

Who is CV? Keep drawing a blank on that one.

Good luck, if it's a specialty plate maybe easier to locate

Heh, we'll be in your neighborhood this weekend. Taking the '61 and the Scotty to Spring River Valley campground. My wife's last weekend of freedom before beginning her winter schedule of working all weekend and having Mon and Tue off.

You are right Dave, they do. I have been looking all over, even on base. We just got the quote today for the repair....$2300! Thankfully I am only paying $200...even still it isn't fair that I have to pay anything!

I know that exact feeling...deer suicide from a couple of months back. Thankfully my rates didn't go up because of it; I wouldn't think yours would...but I don't know who your agent/insurance company is.
