The dirty work is done!!.. Pressure washed, sand blasted, frame painted, oak bed complete... It time to install the parts!

I have spent the last 6 months gathering parts for my 1949 F1.
My goal is to build a Rust Rod and my Ford friends are calling Foul to my plans.
Thus I Want to sell my F1 that was brought from the west.

PROs
Body.. All original and in good condition. The bed sides amazingly have no dents.. Fenders are in good condition..

Frame: sand blasted and repainted.

Front end is a mustang II installed

The PO installed a 1984 302 engine, AOD Transmission and Grand Marque rear end. The drive shaft is installed.. It was at that point I acquired the truck.
The engine had two seized pistons and was removed..

THUS.. No engine.

The bed has a new oak floor.

The floor pans are in good condition.

Original but tired seat frame included.

Cons:
No glass
Needs paint.


Parts..
I have a complete interior kit and $800 worth of assorted parts..OVer $1000 in new parts.

Engine..
I have a Running and driving 1984 Mercury Grand marque for the engine swap.. The car has 67,000 actual miles.. It has been tuned and runs well.
It provides a second trans and rear end. IT is a TBI engine.. Which I wanted for fuel economy.

My goal is to build a Rust Rod and this body is to nice to
cut and weld like I want to do..
