Walston, if your stock steering box is a through frame with pitman arm and draglink then it will be the bracket that determines if you can mount it to your setup. CPP has a lot of pictures for their kits. Look at this http://www.classicperform.com/produc.../5356PSK-T.htm and see if your box is similar to the Toyota box for the 53-56 setup. You can also make your own bracket that looks like a stretched Z shape and goes between the top and bottom portion of the inside frame rail.

Sorry but my experience is with the 53-56 years but I can't see why that setup couldn't be adjusted to work on your year. You could also search past threads as others have posed the same question on the later model years.
